Construction Management Training Program
Our Construction Management Training Program is a 10-week course designed to help participants build the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the construction industry. Through a combination of hands-on learning, expert instruction, and professional guidance, this program prepares individuals for leadership roles in the field.
What Students Learn
Participants explore a wide range of key topics, including:
- Project Initiation and Planning
- Building Codes and Compliance
- Construction Technology and Tools
- Quality Control and Risk Management
- Communication and Team Management
- Sustainable Construction Practices
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Construction
- Practical Software for Project Management
- Capstone Project to apply learned skills
Participants are expected to attend at least 80% of classes, with no more than two absences, in order to receive their Certificate of Completion and stipend.
Career Support
Throughout the program, participants have access to personalized support to help them navigate their career paths. This includes guidance on professional development, job readiness, and overcoming common barriers to employment. Support also extends beyond the classroom through regular check-ins designed to encourage long-term success.
