Construction Management and Cybersecurity Apprenticeships. WeReach empowers
communities of color to achieve economic prosperity through workforce development and entrepreneurship programs. If you are interested, contact us and we will share the

 Any Individuals interested in workforce development training can apply to the programs
we are currently offering. Our programs are generally designed for adults from
underrepresented communities, such as people of color, immigrants, and individuals

No. All WeReach programs are completely free for eligible participants. Thanks to the
support of our public and private partners, we can offer workforce training and
entrepreneurship support at no cost.

Program length varies. Some are short-term, lasting just a few weeks, while others
extend over several months. Each program provides hands-on training, mentorship, and
career support to help participants succeed.

Yes. We provide job readiness training, résumé and LinkedIn support, and mock interviews. We also connect participants with employers and industry partners for internships, apprenticeships, and job opportunities. While we do not guarantee employment, our programs consistently achieve strong outcomes in helping participants secure jobs or advance in their careers
You can donate directly through our website. We offer flexible giving options, including one-time and monthly donations at different levels. We accept one-time and monthly gifts, corporate sponsorships, foundation support, and in-kind contributions such as equipment or professional services. Many employers also offer matching gift programs that can double your impact.

 Yes. WeReach is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and all donations are taxdeductible as allowed by law.

We publish annual impact reports and share regular updates with our funders and partners. These reports highlight participant success, program outcomes, and financial responsibility, ensuring openness and trust in everything we do.

Absolutely. We welcome partnerships in funding, mentorship, training, and job placement. We currently collaborate with community organizations, educational institutions, and employers across Massachusetts to expand opportunities for our participants
