This program provides direct financial support for tuition, materials, and training expenses. But it’s more than financial aid — it’s a commitment to nurturing the next generation of leaders, innovators, and changemakers.
One inspiring example is Daniel Nieves, a graduate of Winthrop High School and current Computer Engineering student at Wentworth Institute of Technology. As a WeReach scholarship recipient, Daniel has not only excelled in his studies, but has also become a strong voice in his campus community. He’s involved in the Cybersecurity Club, IEEE, SHPE, the Chess Club, and even the Ultimate Frisbee Team.
Daniel is driven by a passion for innovation and sustainability, with the goal of helping solve the global energy crisis. His journey reflects the mission of WeReach: to empower students to reach their full potential and make meaningful contributions to the world.
