WeReach offers the Re-entry Workforce Development Program, created to support individuals re-entering society after incarceration. This program provides meaningful tools and resources to help participants access long-term employment and build financial stability.

One of the main components is the IT Training Track, which prepares participants for careers in cybersecurity support and IT services — growing fields with strong job opportunities.

IT Training: Build Your Future in Tech

This specialized training equips returning citizens with essential technical and workplace skills, offering:

Up to five industry-recognized certifications

40 hours of soft skills training (communication, teamwork, time management)

A $250 stipend after completing the first 40-hour course

Job placement support and networking opportunities

Flexible format: In-person (Lynn, MA) and online options available

Courses are designed to be taken in sequence and are tailored to the needs and experience level of each participant.

Certification Pathway (CompTIA):

Each completed course earns a certificate and brings participants closer to strong job opportunities in the IT field.

Who Qualifies?
