JOSE PEREZ
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Jose G. Perez is a visionary leader with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, business strategy, and social impact. As CEO of WeReach, he brings a deep commitment to dismantling systemic workforce barriers and expanding opportunities for communities of color. Under his leadership, WeReach continues to grow as a catalyst for economic mobility, equity, and innovation.
WILLIAM MORRISSETTE
Chief Administrative Officer
Dr. William Morrissette serves as WeReach’s Chief Administrative Officer, bringing decades of experience in criminal justice, program administration, and strategic planning. Formerly Chair and Professor of Criminal Justice at Bay State College, he holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy and is a certified trainer in mobile digital forensics with MSAB (Sweden)
