Re-entry Workforce Development

We are happy to announce The Re-entry Workforce Development program. Thanks to the initiative of the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development Secretary Lauren Jones we receive funding to improve workforce outcomes among individuals returning to their communities after incarceration.

IT Training

We have developed an exceptional IT Training Program specifically catered to individuals re-entering society after incarceration.

This program equips participants with the essential skills needed for a successful career in cyber security support and offers incredible job placement opportunities with leading companies in the Boston area, including Boston Project, Truly Given, Roads Consulting Group, and DPV Transportation. 
By investing in re-entry programs, we are empowering individuals, breaking the cycle of economic adversity, and strengthening communities.

Our program provides participants with four valuable industry certifications and 40 hours of comprehensive soft skills training over a -month period. Upon completion, participants will receive certifications in:

Family mobility Act

The WeReach Family Mobility Act Program, also known as the Work and Family Mobility Act (H.3012 and S.2061), has successfully concluded. This groundbreaking initiative allowed all qualified state residents, regardless of immigrant status, to apply for a standard Massachusetts driver's license, ensuring full compliance with REAL ID requirements. The program's focus on tested and insured drivers has contributed to safer roads, increased public safety, and enhanced mobility across Massachusetts, particularly outside Greater Boston. The positive impact extends to the state's economy, recognizing the vital role of immigrants in the social and economic fabric of Massachusetts.
