As we reflect on the year, WeReach is thrilled to share the impactful strides made in empowering communities through education and training initiatives.
01
Kicking off the year, WeReach secured a grant from the Commonwealth Corporation, propelling our Cybersecurity initiative. Swiftly followed by another grant from the City of Brockton, we were able to offer essential training in CDL, IT, and Mobile Forensic certifications to new citizens, positively impacting over 50 students.
02

- IT and Cybersecurity Graduates: 20 students achieved success in the IT and Cybersecurity programs.
- Family Mobility Act:
Through the Family Mobility Act program, we assisted over 80 students in securing their driver’s licenses. Our innovative teaching methods and unwavering support empower individuals to overcome barriers.
03
- Funding Impact: We secured $635,000 in grants and received approximately $30,000 in private donations, thanks to the generosity of our supporters.
- Building Partnerships: Nurturing robust relationships with key organizations, including Plymouth County Correctional Facility, 123 sober housing in Brockton, and the Gandara Center.
- Industry Engagement: Compiling a comprehensive list of over 200 local cybersecurity companies, we identified firms actively hiring in this field, presenting WeReach and its programs for potential future partnerships.
04
- Foundation Collaborations: Reaching out to diverse foundations such as Eversource, Bristol County Savings Bank, Point 32 Health Foundation, and others, forging new, impactful partnerships.
- Trailblazing Registration: Proudly registering WeReach as the only nonprofit apprentice program for Cybersecurity within the MassHire network.
05
- New Initiatives: Embarking on a collaborative project with the Commonwealth Corporation, focusing on providing IT skills training to new citizens.
-Prospects: Anticipating a new project with Rhode Island College, where we will offer Cybersecurity training within their cybersecurity services.
We are delighted to end the year with two locations in Brockton and East Boston, symbolizing the growth and impact of WeReach in empowering communities.
